When a police officer arrest a person for any crime in the section 41B arrest memorandum must be signed so that the family person have right to take it from the police and it is a type of record so that it helps the accused person.

(2) if police not provide you others mome:- In the case police will not record the arrest memo you can complain it in the SP office and State human right department

(3) police not have right to abuse or torture the accused person:- the police have to present the arrested person into magistrate office in 24 hours and before court the accused have to pass from a medical so if you know this then police couldn't torture or scold you during investigation.

(4) Investigation process:- during investigation active have right to know his crime and we could demand to meet it and lawyer and if police will not allowed them then the family members for the friends of the accused could go to advocate and his or she could hire him.

So by this knowledge police can't believe it's my guarantee and there is a important phrase which would I like to conclude this article is is that the government and police are the servant of citizen not citizens are the servant of Government and police
